The vast expanse of land situated at the outskirts of a Prague suburb captivated the client right from their initial visit. They desired not only a generous garden area and ample space for their extended family but also a strong connection with nature, all while planning for an exquisite in-house gym.
The two gable roofed masses respect the surroundings, their orientation enhances the potential of the large garden and creates an intimate ambiance at the heart of the design. The maximum glazing of the façade is complemented by mobile shading panels and the terrace assemblies solve the sloping terrain, allowing easy access to the garden.
