Seven semi-detached houses grouped in a gentle slope on the edge of the Bohemian Forest naturally fit into the surrounding rural landscape and the existing development of several small village houses.
The aim is to create a rural residence for several families, together with the construction of a social centre with a restaurant serving both locals and small groups of tourists visiting the beautiful local landscape of the Bohemian Forest.
